Add the oil, yogurt, and milk, and mix until everything is well combined.

Sift in the flour and baking powder, then stir until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
Cook the Cake:
Heat a non-stick frying pan over low-medium heat. Grease the pan lightly with a bit of oil or butter.
Pour the batter into the pan and spread it evenly.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes, checking occasionally. The cake should puff up and become golden brown on the bottom.
Flip the cake over carefully (you can use a plate to help flip it) and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked through.
