Quick and Easy Batter Flatbread – No Kneading, No Oven Needed!

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and sugar.

Gradually add water, whisking continuously until a smooth, lump-free batter forms.

Stir in the cooking oil for added softness.

Cook the Flatbread:

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.

Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan, swirling it around to spread evenly (like making a crepe).

Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles appear and the bottom turns golden.

Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fully cooked.

Serve & Enjoy:

Remove from the pan and keep warm under a towel.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve warm with butter, cheese, or your favorite dips!
