Quick and Cheesy Garlic Bread with a Soft, Fluffy Crust

In a bowl, combine warm milk, fresh yeast, and sugar. Stir until the yeast dissolves, and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes to activate.

In another bowl, mix the flour and a pinch of salt. Gradually pour in the yeast mixture and knead until you get a smooth dough.

Cover the dough and let it rise for about 30-45 minutes in a warm place until it doubles in size.

Preheat and Prepare the Topping:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt until well combined. Set aside.

Shape and Top the Dough:

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.

Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top of the dough. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the garlic butter.

Bake and Serve:

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
