Puff Pastry Sausage Rolls

Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness (about 1/8 inch).

Cut the pastry into strips of your desired size.

Spoon the sausage mixture along one edge of each pastry strip.

Roll the pastry tightly around the filling, sealing the edges by pinching them together.

Bake the Sausage Rolls:

Place the rolled sausage rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the tops of the rolls with the beaten egg to give them a golden finish.
