Boil the eggs for 7-8 minutes for a slightly soft center. Once boiled, let them cool, then peel and slice them in half.

Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until smooth and creamy.
Add the Eggs & Dressing:
Place the boiled egg halves on top of the salad and drizzle with the creamy dressing.
Serve & Enjoy:
Toss gently to combine or enjoy it as is. For extra flavor, sprinkle with black pepper or chili flakes to taste.
