In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add the warm milk, eggs, softened butter, and vanilla extract.
Mix until you form a soft dough. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until it’s smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours, until it doubles in size.
Prepare the Praline Filling:
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the chopped dark chocolate and sugar. Stir continuously until everything is melted and combined.
Remove from the heat and stir in the chopped roasted hazelnuts. Set aside to cool slightly.
Assemble the Praluline:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a rectangle shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
Spread the praline mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Roll the dough up tightly from one side and then form it into a ring or spiral shape.
Place the shaped dough on a greased baking sheet and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake:
Bake the Praluline in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
