Add the cabbage to the skillet and continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage wilts and softens. Season with salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes. Set the vegetable mixture aside.
Prepare the Potatoes:
While the vegetables are cooking, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a separate pan. Add the sliced potatoes and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, until they start to soften. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
