Potato and Cabbage Casserole: Easy Dinner with Simple Ingredients

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, carrot, bell pepper, and red chili pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes, until softened.

Add the cabbage to the skillet and continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage wilts and softens. Season with salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes. Set the vegetable mixture aside.

Prepare the Potatoes:

While the vegetables are cooking, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a separate pan. Add the sliced potatoes and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, until they start to soften. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Assemble the Casserole:
