Pork Tenderloin in Savory Sauce

Season the pork steaks with salt, pepper, and oregano. Lightly dredge each steak in flour, ensuring it’s coated evenly.

Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and quickly fry the steaks for just 2-3 minutes on each side to seal the edges and create a nice crust. Remove the steaks and set them aside.

Make the Savory Sauce:

In the same pan, add a bit more olive oil. Sauté the minced garlic, chopped bell pepper, and chopped tomato until they soften, about 5 minutes.

Use a spoon or masher to break down the vegetables into a chunky sauce.

Add Wine and Simmer:

Pour in the white wine, letting it cook for 2-3 minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate and the flavors to concentrate.
