Pork Neck Casserole with Pineapple and Cheese

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a casserole dish, layer the seared pork slices, followed by the chopped pineapple and cooked onions and garlic.

Pour the cream (or milk) over the top and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake:

Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve:

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot. This casserole pairs wonderfully with rice, mashed potatoes, or a simple salad.
