Pork Neck Casserole with Pineapple and Cheese

Season the pork neck slices with salt and pepper.

Lightly dust the pork slices with flour to help thicken the casserole later.

Sear the Pork:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the pork slices and sear them on both sides until they are browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Remove the pork from the skillet and set it aside.

Cook the Aromatics:

In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook over medium heat until softened and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

Assemble the Casserole:
