Heat a small amount of butter in a pan over medium heat.
Place the tortilla in the pan and add half of the grated mozzarella cheese to one side of the tortilla.
2. Fry the Tortilla:
Fold the tortilla in half to cover the cheese. Fry until both sides are golden brown and crispy, around 2 minutes per side.
3. Add the Toppings:
Once the tortilla is golden, spread a thin layer of ketchup over the top.
Layer on 3 slices of ham and a few slices of tomato.
4. Serve:
After assembling the toppings, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through and the cheese inside is melted.
