Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Garlic Butter:

In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic and salt. If using, add the fresh parsley for extra flavor. Set aside.
Assemble the Cheese Bombs:

Open the can of Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits and separate the biscuits.
Take each biscuit and gently flatten it out using your hands or a rolling pin.
Place about 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit, followed by a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
Pinch the edges of the biscuit together to seal the cheese inside, forming a ball.
Coat the Cheese Bombs:

Dip each biscuit ball into the prepared garlic butter, making sure it’s well coated. Place them in the baking dish or on the baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.
Bake:

Bake the cheese bombs in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
Serve:

Once baked, remove the cheese bombs from the oven and brush them with any remaining garlic butter for extra flavor.
Serve hot, and enjoy the ooey-gooey, garlicky goodness!
