Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Add shaved steak, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Cook, breaking up the steak with two forks, until no longer red. Set aside.
2. Assemble the Sliders:
Slice the sweet rolls in half horizontally, keeping the buns intact.
Place the bottom half of the rolls onto a baking sheet.
Evenly spread the steak mixture over the rolls.
Layer with provolone cheese slices and top with the other half of the buns.
3. Prepare the Butter Topping:
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, dried thyme, and Worcestershire sauce.
Brush the butter mixture generously over the top of the buns.
4. Bake the Sliders:
Place the sliders in the preheated oven and bake for 17-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve hot.
