Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced steak and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté the Veggies:

In the same skillet, add the onions and bell peppers. Sauté for about 4-5 minutes until softened and caramelized. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Sliders:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the bottom half of the slider buns on a baking sheet. Layer the cooked steak, sautéed onions, and peppers evenly over the buns. Place a slice of cheese on top of each portion of steak.
Top and Brush with Butter:

Place the top halves of the slider buns on top of the cheese. Brush the melted butter over the tops of the buns for a golden, flavorful finish.
Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the buns are toasted and the cheese is melted.
Serve and Enjoy:

Remove from the oven, slice the sliders, and serve immediately with optional ketchup or mustard.
