Philly Cheese Steak Crescent Ring

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, green pepper, and red bell pepper, and sauté for 4-5 minutes, until softened.
Add the beef steak strips, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

2. Assemble the Crescent Ring
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and arrange the triangles in a circular pattern on the baking sheet, with the wide ends facing the center of the sheet. Leave a gap in the center of the ring to form the hole.

3. Fill the Crescent Ring
Spoon the cooled beef, peppers, and onions mixture onto the center of the crescent dough. Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese over the top of the filling.

4. Form the Ring
Fold the points of the crescent dough over the filling, tucking them into the center to create a ring shape. Some of the filling may show through, and that’s fine!

5. Bake the Crescent Ring
Brush the top of the dough with melted butter for a golden, crispy finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

6. Serve and Enjoy
Let the Philly cheese steak crescent ring cool slightly before slicing. Serve with a side of marinara sauce or dipping sauce of your choice.
