Perfect French Crepes: A Quick & Easy 10-Minute Breakfast

Prepare the Batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and sugar. Add the eggs and whisk until combined.

Incorporate the Liquids: Gradually pour in the milk while whisking continuously to create a smooth, lump-free batter. Stir in the melted butter.

Rest the Batter: Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes to allow the flour to absorb the liquid, resulting in tender crepes.

Cook the Crepes: Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil. Pour a small ladle (about ¼ cup) of batter into the pan, swirling it quickly to spread evenly.

Flip & Finish: Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges lift slightly, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve Warm: Stack the crepes and serve with your favorite toppings such as fruit, jam, whipped cream, or even ham and cheese for a savory twist.
