Flatten the biscuits with your hands or a rolling pin until they are about 3 inches in diameter.
Stuff the Biscuits:
Place a slice of pepperoni and a small amount of shredded mozzarella in the center of each flattened biscuit.
Seal the Pizza Bombs:
Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling to form a ball. Pinch the edges to seal the dough tightly.
Place on Baking Tray:
Arrange the pizza bombs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, ensuring they don’t touch each other.
Brush with Seasoned Butter:
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush the tops of the pizza bombs with the seasoned butter.
Sprinkle with Parmesan:
Top each pizza bomb with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake:
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes or until the pizza bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
