Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Blondies

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and combined.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Step 2: Create the Swirl
In a microwave-safe bowl, gently heat the creamy peanut butter and chocolate chips (or melted chocolate) in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until both are melted and smooth.
Drop spoonfuls of the melted peanut butter and chocolate onto the blondie batter in the pan. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the peanut butter and chocolate into the batter.
Step 3: Add the Mini Peanut Butter Cups
Gently fold the chopped mini peanut butter cups into the batter, distributing them evenly.
Step 4: Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean (with a few crumbs).
Allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan before cutting them into squares.
