Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the dinner rolls or slider buns in half, making sure they remain connected at the base so each roll forms a “sandwich-style” shape.
2️⃣ Assemble the Rolls
Spread a layer of Dijon mustard on the cut sides of each roll.
On each bottom half of the roll, layer:
Pastrami slices 🥩
Sauerkraut 🥒
A generous portion of Swiss cheese 🧀
3️⃣ Bake the Rolls
Place the top halves of the rolls onto the filled bottom halves.
Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with caraway seeds (optional).
Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the rolls are golden brown.
4️⃣ Serve and Enjoy!
