Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Rolls:
Slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally, but do not separate them completely. If using slider buns, you can keep them together in one batch for easy assembly.
Assemble the Rolls:
Spread a small amount of Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each roll, if using. Layer each roll with a few slices of pastrami, followed by a generous portion of sauerkraut, and top with a slice of Swiss cheese.
Brush with Butter:
Place the top halves of the rolls on the sandwiches and brush the tops with melted butter. Optionally, sprinkle with caraway seeds for an added deli flavor.
Bake:
Arrange the assembled rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, the rolls are golden, and the pastrami is heated through.
Serve:
Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
