Oven-Baked Pork with Potatoes: A Family Favorite

Cut the pork into medium-sized chunks or leave it whole for a roast-style dish.

Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, minced garlic, and oregano.

If using, rub the soy sauce and mustard onto the pork for added depth of flavor.

Chop the onion and potatoes into medium-sized pieces.

Toss them with a little salt, black pepper, and a drizzle of vegetable oil.

3️⃣ Assemble the Dish:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and spread the chopped onions and potatoes on the bottom.
