Oven-Baked Cabbage Burgers: A Keto-Friendly Twist on Classic Burgers

Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
Arrange the cabbage slices on a baking sheet, brush with a little oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Roast in the oven for 10 minutes to soften the cabbage slices.
Step 2: Prepare the Beef Patties
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, grated garlic, chopped green onion, parsley, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
Add half of the shredded cheese to the beef mixture and combine well.
Shape the mixture into four patties.
Step 3: Assemble the Burgers
Once the cabbage slices are roasted, spread a little tomato sauce (or ketchup) over each cabbage slice.
Add a sprinkle of the remaining shredded cheese on top of the sauce.
Place a cooked beef patty on each cabbage slice, then top with more shredded cheese.
Step 4: Bake the Cabbage Burgers
Return the cabbage burgers to the oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes or until the beef patties are fully cooked and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 5: Serve
Serve the Oven-Baked Cabbage Burgers hot. Enjoy this healthy and hearty twist on the traditional burger!
