Sprinkle and rub the chicken breasts with Lowry’s Seasoning Salt.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Cook the Bacon:
While the chicken is marinating, cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet until crispy.
Remove the bacon and set aside, but do not discard the grease.
Cook the Chicken:
In the same skillet with the turkey bacon grease, sauté the chicken breasts for 3-5 minutes per side, or until browned.
Transfer the chicken to a 9” x 13” casserole dish or pan.
Make the Honey Mustard Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and dried onion flakes until smooth.
Spread some of the honey mustard sauce over each piece of chicken.
Assemble the Chicken:
