One-Skillet Garlic Butter Steak & Cheese Ravioli

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the ravioli according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.

Sear the Steak:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak pieces with salt and black pepper.

Add the steak to the skillet and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Once cooked, remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

Create the Creamy Sauce:

Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, then add the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir to combine and let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Combine Everything:

Add the cooked ravioli and seared steak back into the skillet. Toss gently to coat everything in the creamy garlic butter sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Garnish and Serve:

Sprinkle fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
