One-Pot Spicy Honey Garlic Chicken Pasta: A Flavorful, Easy Meal in Minutes

Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat in a large pot or deep skillet. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
Prepare the Sauce:

In the same pot, add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant and golden (be careful not to burn the garlic).
Add the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and Dijon mustard (if using). Stir to combine, letting the sauce simmer for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Cook the Pasta:

Add the chicken broth to the pot, then bring it to a simmer. Once simmering, add the uncooked pasta and ensure it’s submerged in the liquid. Cover the pot and cook according to the pasta’s package instructions (usually 8-10 minutes) until the pasta is tender and the liquid has mostly absorbed. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Combine and Finish:

Once the pasta is cooked, return the chicken to the pot. Stir everything together to coat the pasta and chicken with the sauce. Add butter and stir until melted, making the sauce creamy and smooth.
Serve:

Serve the One-Pot Spicy Honey Garlic Chicken Pasta hot, garnished with fresh parsley and optional grated Parmesan cheese for an extra touch of flavor.
