One-Pan Garlic Herb Chicken with Potatoes & Green Beans

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare the Ingredients:
Place chicken breasts in the center of the baking sheet.
Arrange baby potatoes on one side and green beans on the other.
3. Season Everything:
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the mixture evenly over the chicken, potatoes, and green beans.
Toss the potatoes and beans to coat well.
4. Bake:
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
For crispy potatoes, broil for an additional 3–5 minutes.
5. Serve & Enjoy:
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve hot with fresh lemon wedges or extra herbs for garnish.
