One-Pan Chicken with Creamy Buttered Noodles

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. (Internal temperature should reach 165°F)
Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Noodles
In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Add the egg noodles and butter, making sure the noodles are mostly submerged.
Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender and absorb most of the liquid.
Step 3: Finish with Parmesan and Chicken
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt into the sauce.
Return the cooked chicken breasts to the pan, letting them warm through for 2-3 minutes.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
