Nutella-Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls – Gooey & Irresistible!

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt. Stir well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the warm milk, melted butter, and egg.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until the dough begins to form.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Alternatively, use a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment.
Once the dough is ready, place it in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean towel, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
In a small bowl, mix the Nutella, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
Step 3: Roll and Stuff the Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and transfer it to a lightly floured surface.
Roll the dough into a 12×18-inch rectangle.
Spread the Nutella filling evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log.
Slice the roll into 12 equal pieces and place them into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 4: Let the Rolls Rise
Cover the dish with a clean towel and let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes or until puffy.
Step 5: Bake the Rolls
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the cinnamon rolls for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 6: Make the Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Once the rolls are baked, drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls.
