Ingredients
3 carrots, peeled and chopped

1 leek, cleaned and sliced

2 parsnips, peeled and chopped

2 cloves garlic, smashed

1/2 kohlrabi, chopped

1/2 celeriac with leaves, peeled and chopped

1 small turmeric root, peeled and finely chopped (or 1/2 tsp ground turmeric)

A handful of fresh parsley

1–2 tbsp sunflower oil

80 grams salt (reduce for a lower-sodium version)
