No-Peek Chicken Casserole

Prepare the Baking Dish: In a 9×13-inch baking dish, lightly grease the bottom with cooking spray or a little bit of butter to prevent sticking.

Layer the Ingredients: Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup mix over the chicken breasts.

Mix the Sauce: In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, water, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.

Add Rice and Sauce: Stir the Minute Rice into the sauce mixture, then pour the entire mixture over the chicken breasts in the baking dish. Spread it out evenly to cover the chicken.

Cover and Bake: Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour, making sure not to peek during the cooking time—this helps keep the moisture in and ensures the rice cooks perfectly.

Serve: After 1 hour, remove the casserole from the oven and carefully uncover it. Serve the casserole hot, making sure to scoop out the creamy rice and tender chicken for a satisfying meal.
