No Bake Passionfruit Slice – A Tangy and Sweet Delight!

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed digestive biscuits (or graham crackers), desiccated coconut, melted butter, and brown sugar.
Mix until everything is evenly coated and the mixture sticks together.
Press the mixture firmly into the base of a greased 8-inch square baking dish or a slice pan. Use the back of a spoon to smooth it out into an even layer.
Place the pan in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
Make the Filling:

In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the sweetened condensed milk, passionfruit pulp, and lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture. Stir well to combine.
If you prefer a lighter, fluffier texture, fold in the whipped cream. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Slice:

Pour the creamy passionfruit filling over the chilled biscuit base. Use a spatula to smooth it evenly across the top.
Place the pan back in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best results. This allows the slice to set properly.
Serve and Enjoy:

Once set, cut the passionfruit slice into squares or slices. Garnish with extra passionfruit pulp or shredded coconut if desired.
Serve chilled and enjoy a refreshing, tropical treat that everyone will love!
