No-Bake Date and Nut Energy Bites


Prep the dates: If your dates are dry, soak them in warm water for 5–10 minutes to soften. Drain thoroughly.

Blend: Add the dates, nuts, and cocoa powder (if using) into a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is well-combined and forms a sticky, dough-like texture.

Shape: Roll into bite-sized balls using your hands, or press the mixture into a parchment-lined dish to cut into bars or squares.

Optional toppings: Roll the balls in shredded coconut, crushed nuts, or more cocoa powder for extra texture and flavor.

Chill: Refrigerate the bites or bars for 10–15 minutes to firm up before serving.
