Melt the butter in a pan and combine it with the cookie crumbs. Mix well until the crumbs are coated.
Press the cookie-butter mixture into the base of an 18 cm (7 inch) springform pan, forming an even crust. Set it aside.
Prepare the Cream Mixture:
In a saucepan, combine the milk cream, yogurt, and condensed milk. Stir to combine.
Add the agar agar to the mixture and bring it to a gentle boil while stirring constantly. Continue stirring until the mixture thickens slightly, and the agar agar is fully dissolved.
