Stir until the mixture becomes sticky and well combined. If too dry, add a teaspoon of water or more coconut oil.
Step 2: Shape the Snowballs
Using a spoon or small scoop, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut to coat.
Step 3: Chill and Serve
Place the snowballs on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
