In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, honey (or syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt.
Stir until the mixture becomes sticky and well combined. If too dry, add a teaspoon of water or more coconut oil.
Step 2: Shape the Snowballs
Using a spoon or small scoop, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut to coat.
Step 3: Chill and Serve
Place the snowballs on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
