Shape the Naan: Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 6-8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and flatten it into an oval or round shape.
Cook the Naan: Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Cook each naan for about 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles form. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Optional – Brush with Butter: For extra flavor, brush the cooked naan with melted butter or garlic butter.
