Mozzarella Cheesesteak Stromboli

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the Beef and Veggies
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add the onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened (about 3-4 minutes).
Add the beef steak and cook until browned and cooked through.
Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Prepare the Stromboli
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to a rectangular shape.
Evenly layer the beef mixture and mozzarella cheese over the dough, leaving a small border on the edges.
4. Roll and Seal
Roll the dough into a log, ensuring the filling stays inside.
Pinch the edges to seal.
5. Egg Wash and Bake
Brush the rolled dough with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
Place the stromboli on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
6. Serve
Slice the stromboli and serve warm. Enjoy!
