Mongolian Minced Meat Noodles – A Hearty and Flavorful Dish from Mongolian Cuisine

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the onion in oil over medium heat until translucent. Add garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the ground meat and cook until browned. Break it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Season with soy sauce, cumin, salt, and pepper. Adjust flavor to your taste.

Add the cooked noodles to the pan. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
