Moist & Tender Pork Chops | Flavorful and Juicy

Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, pepper, minced garlic, chopped thyme, and rosemary. Make sure the seasoning is evenly distributed.

Cook the Pork Chops:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until browned and crispy.
Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the skillet and set them aside.

Make the Pan Sauce:
In the same skillet, add the chicken broth, unsalted butter, and Dijon mustard.
Stir well to combine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet to incorporate into the sauce.

Simmer the Pork Chops:
Return the pork chops to the skillet.
Cover the skillet and let the pork chops simmer in the sauce for 10-12 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and tender.

Serve:
Serve the pork chops with the pan sauce drizzled over the top. Enjoy the juicy and flavorful pork!
