Moist and Delicious Peach Drizzle Bread

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan to ensure the bread doesn’t stick.

Prepare the Dry Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set this aside for later.

Make the Batter:
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Add the Peaches:
Gently fold in the chopped peaches. They’ll provide bursts of juicy sweetness throughout the bread.

Bake the Bread:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Prepare the Glaze:
While the bread is cooling, make the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Glaze the Bread:
Once the bread has cooled, drizzle the glaze evenly over the top. If desired, sprinkle with chia seeds for an extra touch of texture.
