Mixed Grill Platter with Fries

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss each type of meat in the marinade separately, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Grill the pork ribs for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked.

Grill the sausages and pork belly strips for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

Grill the chicken cubes for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and golden brown.
