Mixed Grill Platter with Fries: A Hearty Feast for All


Prep the Grill: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Marinate the Meats: In a large bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss each type of meat in the marinade separately, ensuring each piece is well coated.

Grill the Meats:

Grill the pork ribs for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked.

Grill the sausages and pork belly strips for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

Grill the chicken cubes for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.

Make the Fries:

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) or heat oil in a deep fryer.

Toss the potato fries in vegetable oil and spread them evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Alternatively, deep fry the fries until crispy and drain them on paper towels.

Season the Fries: Once the fries are done, season with salt and any optional spices like paprika or garlic powder while they’re hot.

Prepare the Dipping Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, paprika, lemon juice, and hot sauce (if using). Stir until well combined.

Serve: Arrange the grilled meats and fries on a large platter. Serve with the dipping sauce on the side and garnish with sliced cucumber or lemon wedges for a fresh touch.
