In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, durum wheat flour, salt, sugar, and dry yeast.
Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5–7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. If it’s too sticky, add a little more flour.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
Form Mini Pizzas:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into small portions, rolling each into a ball. You should get around 12–15 mini pizzas depending on the size you prefer.
Roll each dough ball into a small circle (about 3–4 inches in diameter).
Place the dough circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Assemble the Mini Pizzas:
Spread a small amount of pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade) over each dough circle.
Top with your favorite ingredients—cheese, pepperoni, vegetables, etc. Be creative and customize to your taste!
