Mini Pepperoni Pizzas: Bite-Sized Perfection for Pizza Lovers

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If you’re using mini pizza crusts, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Assemble the Pizzas:

Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each mini crust, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust to crisp up.
Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
Top each pizza with 4-5 slices of pepperoni. You can add as many or as few as you like!
Bake the Pizzas:

Place the pizzas in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
Finish and Serve:

Once the pizzas are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil for extra flavor, if desired, and sprinkle with dried oregano or basil for a touch of extra taste.
