Pour warm milk into a deep bowl. Add sugar and yeast, stir well, then cover and let sit for 15 minutes.
Add oil, vinegar, salt, and eggs to the yeast mixture. Stir to combine.
Gradually add flour, mixing until the dough is fine and sticky. Then add softened butter in cubes, kneading it into the dough.
2. Let the Dough Rise:
Cover the dough and let it rest for 2 hours, allowing it to rise and double in size.
3. Shape the Brioche:
Once risen, divide the dough into 9 equal balls, each weighing about 170 grams.
Place the dough balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cover with a kitchen towel and let them rest for 30 minutes to rise again.
4. Coat and Top the Brioche:
Mix the egg yolk with 1 tbsp of milk and brush this mixture over the tops of the dough balls.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each brioche for added texture and flavor.
5. Bake:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 20 minutes, or until the brioches are golden brown on top.
