Pour warm milk into a deep bowl, then add sugar and yeast. Stir well, cover, and let it stand for 15 minutes to activate the yeast.
After 15 minutes, add oil, vinegar, salt, and eggs to the milk mixture. Mix everything together. Gradually add the flour and knead into a sticky dough.
Add the softened butter to the dough and knead until well incorporated. Continue kneading until the dough becomes smooth.
Cover the dough with a cloth and leave it to rise for 2 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
Once the dough has risen, divide it into 9 balls, each weighing 170 grams. Arrange the balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Cover the balls with a kitchen cloth and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Mix the egg yolk and milk together to make an egg wash. Brush the brioche balls with the egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the brioche for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
