Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chicken Fillet Recipe

Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breast fillets into small cubes. This will help the chicken cook quickly and evenly, resulting in a tender texture.

Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, beat the eggs and add sour cream. Stir in garlic powder, parsley, dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until smooth.

Coat the Chicken: Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss them in the egg and sour cream mixture until they are fully coated. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Prepare the Flour: Place the flour in a shallow dish. Lightly dredge the coated chicken pieces in the flour, ensuring an even coating. Shake off any excess flour.

Fry the Chicken: Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the chicken cubes and fry them for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through. Make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Serve: Remove the chicken from the pan and drain on paper towels. Garnish with additional fresh parsley and dill, if desired.
