Melt-in-Your-Mouth Cake

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour your baking pan (27×18 cm or 10×7 inches).

Mix Wet Ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

Gradually add the vegetable oil and warm water, continuing to mix until smooth.

Combine Dry Ingredients:

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt (if using).

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Bake the Cake:

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.

Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with just a few crumbs attached.

Cool and Serve:

Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serve as-is, or dust with powdered sugar, or top with fresh fruit, whipped cream, or a drizzle of chocolate sauce for extra indulgence!
