Mediterranean-Inspired Baked Feta Salmon: A Flavorful and Vibrant Dish

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Salmon:
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.

Add the Toppings:
Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the salmon fillets. Surround the feta with lemon slices, halved cherry tomatoes, and Kalamata olives.

Bake the Salmon:
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish & Serve:
Once baked, garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy!
