Mediterranean Flatbread Pizza with Tzatziki Drizzle: A Fusion of Flavours

In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, fresh dill, and lemon juice.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Stir well and refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Assemble the Flatbreads:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the flatbreads or naan on a baking sheet.
Spread an even layer of hummus on each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese, sliced Kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion over the hummus.
3. Bake the Flatbread Pizzas:
Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the flatbreads.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the flatbreads are crisp and golden at the edges, and the toppings are heated through.
4. Top with Fresh Ingredients:
Once the flatbreads are baked, remove them from the oven.
Sprinkle the fresh arugula, diced cucumber, and halved cherry tomatoes on top.
Season with dried oregano and a pinch of red pepper flakes (if using).
5. Drizzle with Tzatziki Sauce:
Drizzle the prepared tzatziki sauce generously over the top of the flatbread pizzas.
Slice into wedges and serve immediately!
