Once out of the oven, garnish the fish with the remaining chopped parsley, basil, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes (if desired).
If you like, add a few sprigs of fresh dill for a fragrant, finishing touch.
Step 6: Serve
Serve the Mediterranean Baked Fish with a side of roasted vegetables, couscous, or a simple salad for a complete meal.
